Dr. Lillie Grant Epps has been a licensed and ordained Minister since 1999.  Dr. Epps is a recipient of a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University; Master of Divinity in Women’s Ministry, and Doctor of Ministry in Theology from Providence Bible College & Theological Seminary.  Dr. Epps has had years of experience in counseling women suffering the aftermath of abortion and abuse.  She currently serves as Pastoral Counselor at Genesis Counseling center with specialties in Women’s issues as well as Marriage & Family Therapy.

Dr. Epps recognizes that because we serve a God of Hope; our defining moments are right now and our greatest days are still ahead of us.  As a result her desire is to be a conduit of change that will nurture hope and deposit the truth of a “God that Delivers.”
