Inclement Weather Policy

In general, Genesis follows the local school closing decisions for each office when facing inclement weather.  If schools are closed but travel conditions are safe, our staff may be able to provide services as scheduled.  In these cases, Genesis will do our best to contact you and confirm your appointment.
